The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions is associated with the Good Governance Index (GGI). The Good Governance Index is a tool developed to assess the state of governance across states and Union Territories in India. The index takes into account ten sectors including agriculture, commerce, human resources development, public health, public infrastructure and utilities, economic governance, social welfare, judiciary and public safety, environment, and citizen-centric governance.
