Solution:

Prime numbers between 35 and 100  are 37,41,43,47,53,59,61,67,71,73,79,83,89,97

Clearly only pairs of 41 and 43, 59 and 61 and 71 and 73 have difference of 2

Hence only 3 such pairs are there.
