A.

21 m

B.

15 m

C.

14 m

D.

18 m

Correct option is A

Given:
Length and breadth ratio = 3 : 2
Cost of flooring = 12.50 per sq.m
Formula Used:
Area = Length × Breadth
Solution:
Area = Total Cost/Cost per m2
367512.5\frac{3675}{12.5}
=294m2
Let length and breadth of flooring 3a and 2a in meters respectively.
3a × 2a = 294
6a2 = 294
a2 = 49
a = 7
Length of flooring = 7 × 3
= 21m
