A.

828

B.

990

C.

819

D.

999

Correct option is A

Given:

The sum of three consecutive multiples of 9 is 2457.

Solution:-

Let the three consecutive multiples of 9 be:

9x, 9(x+1), 9(x+2)9x, \ 9(x+1), \ 9(x+2)

According to the question;

9x+9(x+1)+9(x+2)=24579x + 9(x+1) + 9(x+2) = 2457
9x+9x+9+9x+18=245727x+27=245727x=2430x=909x + 9x + 9 + 9x + 18 = 2457 \\27x + 27 = 2457 \\27x = 2430 \\x = 90

So, the largest multiple is 9(x+2)=9(90+2)=9×92=8289(x+2) = 9(90+2) = 9 \times 92 = \bf828
