    C.

    26 and 36

    D.

    46 and 56

    Correct option is B

    Given:
    The product of the two numbers = 972
    The quotient of the two numbers = 43\frac{4}{3}
    Solution:
    Let the number be 4x and 3x
    then,
    4x×3x=972=>12x2=972=>x2=97212=81=>x=94x \times 3x = 972 \\\Rarr 12x^2 = 972 \\ \Rarr x^2 = \frac{972}{12} = 81 \\ \Rarr x = 9
    Now,  the number be ;
    4x = 4×9=364\times9 = 36  ,  3x = 3×9=273 \times 9 = 27
