Now, Raman moves from his position such that the distance between him and his image is 10 m where as Shiksha walks 6 m towards the mirror. What is the distance of Raman and Shiksha from the mirror in their new positions ?

First Raman’s new position:
Raman moves such that the distance between him and his image is = 10 m
The distance between Raman and his image is twice the distance of Raman from the mirror.
The distance of Raman from the mirror in his new position = x
Given information, the distance between Raman and his image is equal to 2 times the distance of Raman from the mirror:
2x = 10
x = 10/2
x = 5
