    He founded the Samp Sabha in 1883 to bring social and political awakening among the Bhils. Concerned by the
    awakening triggered by the Samp Sabha in Mewar, Vijaynagar, and Malwa, the administration closely monitored his
    activities. To unite the Bhils, Govind Giri organized yagnas and havans on Mangarh Hill, fostering a sense of
    community and self-reliance.
