Akash Ganesan is an Indian chess grandmaster(66th) and former national champion. He currently holds national record in chess for being Youngest National Chess Champion at the age of 16 years and 14 days.
 In August 2022, PranavV obtained his final norm by winning the Limpedea Open in Baia Mare, Romania championship, becoming the 75th grandmaster from India.
Prithu Gupta is an Indian chess grandmaster from Gurgaon. He reached this milestone in July 2019, at the age of 15 years and 4 months, 31 years after Viswanathan Anand became India's first GM. (64th grandmaster)
