    Correct option is A

    Given:

    x = 9+191\frac{\sqrt9+1}{\sqrt9-1}

    y = 16+1161\frac{\sqrt16+1}{\sqrt16-1}  

    Solution: 

    x2-y2= ?

    x = 3+131\frac{3+1}{3-1} = 42\frac42 = 2    

    y =  4+141\frac{4+1}{4-1} =  53\frac53​    

    Now, 

    x2-y2= 22​ - (53\frac53)2 

    = 4 - 259\frac{25}9 

    = 36259\frac{36-25}9

    119\frac{11}9
