7 odd → 7 + 1 = 8
4 even → 4 − 2 = 2
3 odd → 3 + 1 = 4
6 even → 6 − 2 = 4
5 odd → 5 + 1 = 6
1 odd → 1 + 1 = 2
8 even → 8 − 2 = 6
So, the new number formed is: 8, 2, 4, 4, 6, 2, 6
2, 4 and 6 are appears twice in new number.
