Given:

119.52116.42119.5116.4\frac{119.5^2-116.4^2}{119.5-116.4} 

Formula used:

a2b2=(a+b)(ab)a^2-b^2= (a+b)(a-b)

Solution:

Here,

aa = 119.5 , bb = 116.4

So, 

a2b2ab\frac{a^2-b^2}{a-b}

(a+b)(ab)ab\frac{(a+b)(a-b)}{a-b} = (a+ba+b)

Now, Substitute the value of aa  and bb 

= (a+ba+b)

= 119.5+116.4

= 235.9

Thus the correct answer is (D)
