Concept Used:
Two fractions are equivalent if they can be simplified to the same lowest terms and compare them. 
Solution:
25\frac{2}{5}​ is already in its simplest form.
811\frac{8}{11}​​ is already in its simplest form.
Simplifying;
4263=42÷2163÷21=23 5733=57÷333÷3=1911 48120=48÷24120÷24=25\frac{42}{63} = \frac{42 \div 21}{63 \div 21} = \frac{2}{3}\\ \ \\\frac{57}{33} = \frac{57 \div 3}{33 \div 3} = \frac{19}{11}\\ \ \\\frac{48}{120} = \frac{48 \div 24}{120 \div 24} = \frac{2}{5}​​
23\frac{2}{3}​​ is already in its simplest form.
Now, we can see that 25\frac{2}{5} , 48120\frac{48}{120}   and 4263\frac{42}{63} , 23\frac{2}{3} are equal .​
