Correct option is C
Guru Gobind Singh Ji took Amrit and initiated the Khalsa Panth at Anandpur Sahib on 13 April 1699, during the festival of Baisakhi. This event marked the foundation of the Khalsa, a community of initiated Sikhs committed to the principles of Sikhism.
On this historic occasion, Guru Gobind Singh Ji prepared Amrit (nectar) and first gave it to the Panj Pyare (the Five Beloved Ones), who volunteered to sacrifice their lives for their faith. After initiating them, Guru Ji himself took Amrit, setting an example for the Sikh community.
