Let the total monthly income of A be Rs 100a
Amount spend on rent = 30% of 100a=30a
Amount spend on food = 25% of (100a-30a)=17.5a

Amount he saved = (100a-30a-17.5a-10.5a)=42a
ATQ, 42a=2520
a=60
Required answer = 60×100=Rs 6000
