Correct option is A

Given:

A man loses 20% of his total money.

He spends 25% of the remaining amount.

He is left with ₹480.

Solution: 

Let the original amount of money be .    = 100 unit 

Then after 20% lest his remaining money = 100 - 20% of 100 = 80 unit 

again he spend 25% of remaining amount 25% of  80 = 20 unit 

Now he left 80 unit - 20 unit =  60 unit 

According to the question 

60 unit  = 480 

1 unit = Rs. 8 

Total amount = 100 unit = Rs. 800
