PPSC SO 2023 Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the PPSC Section Officer 2023 in Treasuries and Accounts, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must have an M.Com degree in First Division OR, B.Com with (ICWA) inter/CA inter/CS inter from a recognized University/Institute in India.
- Must have knowledge of the Punjabi language
- Must meet the age limit and other criteria as specified in the notification.

PPSC SO Age Limit: For the post of Section Officer, the PPSC SO Age Limit is
- 18-37 years for general candidates,
- 18-42 years for SC/ST candidates, and

PPSC SO Selection Process
PPSC SO Selection process: The PPSC Section Officer Selection Process consists of two stages: A Written Test and an Interview. Candidates who have applied for the post are required to appear for the written exam which is 480 marks. The exam pattern consists of Basic reasoning, quantitative aptitude, Punjabi, Current affairs, GK, and topics related to the subject. Those who clear the PPSC SO Cut-off will be called for the Interview stage. If the candidate manages to appear in the merit list, then they will be recommended for appointment for the post.

PPSC SO Admit Card 2023: The PPSC SO 2023 admit card will be released on the official website of the Punjab Public Service Commission. Candidates who have successfully applied for the PPSC Section Officer exam will be able to download the admit card by entering their registration number and date of birth. PPSC SO Salary
PPSC SO Salary: The first 3 years after recruitment will be probationary and the starting salary of a PPSC SO is around Rs. 35,400/- per month. In addition to the basic salary, the PPSC SO is entitled to various allowances and benefits as per government norms but during the probationary period, the PPSC Section Officer salary will be paid without the allowances.
