SSC MTS Document Verification: All Doubts Cleared

Yeh Article SSC MTS 2024 ke Document Verification Process ko lekar students ke doubts ko clear karne ke liye hai. Bohot saare candidates ko documents, certificates aur verification process ko lekar confusion hoti hai. Isliye, yahan har ek question ka detailed jawab diya gaya hai taaki aapko DV (Document Verification) process me koi dikkat na ho.

1. OBC category ke liye kaun-kaun se documents chahiye?

OBC candidates ko document verification ke time ye documents le jaane hote hain:

SSC MTS application form ka printout
OBC certificate (Central format me, jo ki competent authority dwara issue kiya gaya ho)
10th aur 12th ki mark sheets aur certificates
Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID ya koi aur valid ID proof
Recent passport-size photos
NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate (valid period ka)

Note: OBC certificate ki validity usually 3 years hoti hai, lekin DV ke time valid hona chahiye.

2. SC category ke liye kaun-kaun se documents chahiye?

SC category ke candidates ko document verification ke liye ye documents le jaane padenge:

SSC MTS application form
SC certificate (Central Government format me hona chahiye)
10th aur 12th ki mark sheets aur certificates
Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID
Recent passport-size photos

Note: SC certificate lifetime valid hota hai, lekin format sahi hona chahiye.

3. ST category ke liye kaun-kaun se documents chahiye?

ST candidates ko ye documents le jaane hote hain:

SSC MTS application form ka printout
ST certificate (Central Government format me)
10th aur 12th ki mark sheets aur certificates
Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID
Recent passport-size photos

Note: ST certificate lifetime valid hota hai, lekin format aur authority sahi honi chahiye.

4. UR (General) category ke liye kaun-kaun se documents chahiye?

General category ke candidates ko ye documents chahiye:

SSC MTS application form
10th aur 12th ki mark sheets aur certificates
Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID
Recent passport-size photos

Caste certificate General category ke liye required nahi hota.

5. PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) category ke liye kaun-kaun se documents chahiye?

Disability certificate (PWD certificate jo competent medical authority se issue hua ho)
SSC MTS application form
10th aur 12th ki mark sheets aur certificates
Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID
Recent passport-size photos
Caste Certificate (If Applicable hai)

Note: Disability certificate Central Government ke norms ke hisaab se valid hona chahiye.

6. Affidavit kaise banwayein?

Agar kisi document me koi mistake hai ya koi declaration dena hai toh aapko affidavit banwana hoga. Iske liye:

Apne area ke notary/lawyer ke paas jaake affidavit likhwa sakte hain.
Stamp paper (₹10 ya ₹20 ka) lekar uspe affidavit likhwa ke notary se attest karwana hoga.
Affidavit me jo bhi correction ya declaration hai, wo clearly mention hona chahiye.

7. Agar maine galti se purana document upload kar diya toh kya hoga?

Agar galti se purana document upload ho gaya hai, toh document verification ke din valid aur updated document le ja sakte hain. Lekin agar ye eligibility se related document hai, toh issue ho sakti hai.

8. Agar kisi document me parents ka naam ya spelling galat ho toh kya karein?

Agar parents ka naam ya spelling galat hai, toh:

Affidavit banwa sakte hain jisme correct spelling mention ho.
Gazette notification ke through correction karwa sakte hain.
Supporting documents jisme correct naam ho, wo le ja sakte hain.

9. Kya main apna 2023-24 ka EWS certificate use kar sakta/sakti hoon?

Haan, agar EWS certificate financial year 2023-24 ka hai aur DV ke din tak valid hai, toh use kiya ja sakta hai.

10. Attestation form ka PDF kahaan milega?

SSC ki official website ya document verification ke official notification me attestation form ka PDF diya hota hai.

11. Medical certificate kaise banwayein?

Medical certificate SSC dwara prescribed format me government hospital ya CMO (Chief Medical Officer) se banwana hoga.

12. Medical certificate kitne time tak valid hota hai?

Medical certificate ki validity SSC notification ke hisaab se hoti hai, usually 6 months tak valid hota hai.

13. Kya mujhe apne parents ke documents bhi le jaane padenge?

Nahi, parents ke documents zaroori nahi hote, sirf aapke personal documents ki zaroorat hoti hai.

14. Kya General category ke candidates ko caste certificate chahiye hota hai?

Nahi, General category ke candidates ko caste certificate nahi chahiye hota.

15. Agar PAN card aur Aadhar card me signature alag hai toh kya karein?

Agar PAN aur Aadhaar me signature different hai, toh affidavit ya self-declaration dena pad sakta hai. PAN ya Aadhaar me ek jaisa signature update karwana better hoga.

16. Kya SC category ke candidates ko document verification (DV) ke time land details deni padti hai?

Nahi, land details sirf EWS ya OBC (NCL) ke liye zaroori hoti hai, SC/ST candidates ke liye nahi.

17. Agar meri mark sheets damage ho gayi hain toh kya karein?

Board se duplicate mark sheet issue karwa sakte hain.
Agar original damage hai, toh affidavit ya photocopy valid documents ke saath le ja sakte hain.

18. Agar meri mark sheet aur Aadhar card me naam/spelling different hai toh kya karein?

Affidavit banwa sakte hain.
Gazette notification ke through correction karwa sakte hain.
Jis document ka naam correct hai, uska proof le ja sakte hain.

19. Agar ek married woman apne father ke ghar reh rahi hai toh use kaunsa address dena hoga?

Agar address proof father ke ghar ka hai, toh wahi address valid hoga. Married name ya address ka proof alag se dena zaroori nahi hai.

20. Document Verification (DV) online hoga ya offline?

SSC MTS ka document verification offline hota hai, jisme aapko physically documents le jaane padenge.

21. Married candidates ke liye marriage certificate compulsory hai kya?

Nahi, marriage certificate sirf tab required hota hai jab surname ya naam change kiya gaya ho.
