Staff Selection Commission or SSC is organizing the exam of SSC Stenographer 2017 to select candidates for the post of Stenographer Grade C and D. This year, SSC Stenographer 2017 exam was conducted online from 11th September to 14th September 2017. SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Examination Result has been declared on 21st November 2017.
Candidates who get selected through SSC Stenographer 2017 exam will be granted a position in various ministries/departments of Central Government to the post of Stenographer Grade C and Grade D.
SSC Stenographer Result 2017 has been released for Grade C and Grade D Exam that was held from 11th September to 14th September 2017. SSC has rolled out the Answer Key of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2017. Stenographer 2017 Exam was scheduled from 11th to 14th September in the Online Mode.
The candidates can login by using their registered credentials and can submit representation, if any, from 04-10-2017 (5.00 PM) to 08-10-2017 (5.00 PM) on payment of Rs.100/- per answer.
The notification for SSC STENOGRAPHER 2017 Exam was released on 17th June, 2017. Candidates can get an idea about the Vacancy, Exam Dates, Eligibility Criteria etc. by visiting the notification page of the Staff Selection Commission once the notification for the same has been released.
A change has been made in the vacancy declared for SSC Stenographer. The overall vacancy for this exam has been changed to 354. Around 323 vacancies are declared for the post of SSC Stenographer Grade D and around 31 vacancy for Grade C post.
The Exam of SSC STENOGRAPHER2017 Grade C and D was scheduled from 4th September to 7th September 2017. A skill test exam is to be conducted after the commencement ofSSC Stenographer Grade C and D from April to May 2018.

SSC Stenographer 2017 has conducted its written exam at various centres all across the country. The Exam Centre is allotted as per the choice filled up by a candidate while filling out his/her SSC Stenographer 2017 form. The Application Fee for SSC STENOGRAPHER 2017 is Rs. 100/- that needs to be paid for every candidate applying for this exam.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen category as well as female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee for SSC Stenographer 2017.
SSC Stenographer Admit Card was issued to candidates 10 days prior to commencement of Written Exam. After the result of Written Exam has been declared, selected candidates will be issuedAdmit Card for Skill Test. The Admit Card is required to be downloaded by each candidate as it wont be sent to candidates via post.
