    Nationality

    The applicants should be citizens of any of the following regions. They are eligible to take the exam as per the SSC JE Notification 2025 if they fulfill any of the criteria of nationality as listed below:

    • A citizen of India, or
    • A subject of Bhutan, or
    • A subject of Nepal, or
    • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, Ethiopia, Zaire, Zambia, and Vietnam, intending to settle in India permanently.

    SSC JE Application Process 2025

    Interested candidates should follow these steps for an easy application process for SSC JE 2025:

    Step 1: Go to the official SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in/).

    Step 2: Open the registration link for SSC JE in a new window.

    Step 3: Click on the "New User/Register Now" link.

    Step 4: Provide basic details like name, parent's name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.

    Step 5: Submit the online registration form. Make sure to verify all details before submission. You'll receive a Registration ID.

    Step 6: Upload your photograph and signature according to SSC guidelines.

    Photograph: Taken against a white or light-colored background, size between 4 kb and 12 kb, resolution of 100*120 pixels.

    Signature: Black or blue ink on a white sheet, scanned copy in jpg format, size between 1 kb and 12 kb, resolution of 40*60 pixels.

    Step 7: Log in with your registered ID and password to complete Part II of the application form.

    Step 8: Preview the entire application for any errors before final submission. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.

    Step 9: Click on "Final Submit" and pay the required application fee online via Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards, BHIM, UPI, etc.

    Step 10: It's recommended to download and print copies of the submitted application form for SSC JE 2025.

    SSC JE 2025 Application Fee

    The application fee for candidates applying for the SSC JE is very minimal. While the application fee for the general category is Rs 100, the fees for all other categories like SC/ST /PwD and even the fees for female students are Nil. The candidates can either pay the application fees online (through Credit, Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking) or Offline (through SBI Branch Challan).       Paper 2 is focused on the specific subject of the candidate’s choice and includes 100 questions. These questions aim to test the candidate's deeper understanding of core subjects.     SSC JE 2025 Admit Card

    The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the SSC JE 2025 Admit Card on its official website shortly before the exam starts. The admit card links will be available on the regional websites as well. Candidates who have registered for the exam need to visit the official regional website and enter their login details, such as Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth, to download the admit card. The SSC JE 2025 Admit Card will include important details like the candidate’s name, date of birth, application number, roll number, exam date, reporting time, exam center, and instructions. Candidates will only be allowed to take the exam if they have a printed copy of their admit card.

    SSC JE 2025 Answer Key

    After four days of the exam, the Staff Selection Commission will upload the provisional answer key for all exam shifts on their official website. Candidates can view the answer key by logging in with their credentials on the official portal. The answer key will show the answers selected by candidates during the exam, along with the correct answers. The answer key is a useful tool for candidates to check their performance.     SSC JE 2025 Result

    The SSC JE Result 2025 will be released on the official website, ssc.gov.in, about a month after the exam.
