SBI PO (Prelims + Mains) Exam Pattern

There is a negative mark of 0.25 for every incorrect answer in the SBI PO Prelims exam. There will be no sectional cut-off, and there will be an overall cut-off. After the exam, a category-wise merit list will be drawn based on the aggregate marks scored in the prelims exam. 

There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer in the Mains exam. This main paper will have four sections for a total of 250 marks. The duration of the SBI PO Mains Exam will be a total of 3 hours 30 minutes. There will be no sectional cut-off in this test but only an overall cut-off. The SBI PO Descriptive Paper of 50 marks is compulsory to attempt.
