RBI Assistant 2017 Exam Notification

The notification for RBI Assistant 2017 exam has been released by RBI. The Reserve Bank of India invites applications from eligible candidates for 623 posts of “Assistant” in various offices of the Bank. • Online Preliminary Test (Tentative): 27th and 28th November 2017

As the exam for RBI Assistant 2017 is conducted online at various centres across the country, candidates are given the liberty to choose centre of their choice. RBI Assistant 2017 Exam Pattern

RBI Assistant 2017 Exam is conducted in three phases: preliminary examination, mains examination and interview. Candidates are required to clear all the three phases in order to make it to the merit list declared by RBI.

RBI Assistant 2017 Eligibility

To be eligible for RBI Assistant 2017 Exam, a candidate is required to hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% and above from a recognized university. He/She must fall into the age limit as stated by RBI in its notification. A candidate must also have supreme knowledge of computers and must be well versed in the official language of the concerned state or Union Territory.

RBI Assistant 2017 Exam Application Fees

A total of Rs. 450/- is to be paid by candidates belonging to General and OBC category as their application fee. The same amount is squeezed to Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category. No application fee is to be paid by RBI staff.

RBI Assistant Exam 2017 Results

The results for RBI Assistant 2017 Exam will be released after the completion of each phase of the exam. The main thing to notice here is that a cumulative score of the preliminary exam, mains exam and the interview is considered to prepare the final merit list of selected students. The merit list is prepared in the descending order of the marks obtained by candidates. Candidates who make it to the merit list will be given the appointment letter by RBI.

RBI Assistant Exam 2017 Cut Off

The cut off for RBI Assistant 2017 Exam will be released after each phase of examination is completed. The cut off for the preliminary exam will be released first followed by cut off for mains exam.
