RBI Assistant 2018 Exam will be conducted by Reserve Bank of India to select eligible candidates for the post of Assistant in various branches and sub-offices of RBI. It is a national level selection process and thus applications from all sections of India are welcomed.
Last year, RBI Assistant Exam 2018 was conducted in December. The Official Notification was released on October-November 2017. This year as well, we are expecting RBI Assistant Notification 2018 to be released in the month of October-November. With the release of Official Notification, the total number of vacancies, exam dates, pattern & Syllabus for RBI Assistant 2018 exam will be declared.

To complete successful registration of RBI Assistant Exam 2018, a candidate must pay a definite amount as the Application Fee. The RBI Assistant Application Fee is Rs. 450/- for candidates belonging to GEN/OBC Category and Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD Category.
As per last year schedule, we expect the exam dates for RBI Assistant to be in the month of December. The exact Exam Dates will be announced once the Official Notification for RBI Assistant 2018 Exam has been released.

As the exam for RBI Assistant 2018 will be conducted online at various centres across the country, candidates are given the liberty to choose centre of their choice. Candidates are allotted centres based on their selection. Though RBI has the authority to allot you a centre other than the one you chose due to unavailability of seat in the preferred location.
RBI Assistant 2018 Exam will be conducted in 2 phases: Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam. It is mandatory for all the candidates to qualify these two rounds to ensure final selection to the post of Assistant in Reserve Bank of India.

The major sections one should focus upon to clear both preliminary and mains exam for RBI Assistant 2018 Exam are English Language, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, Computer Knowledge and Reasoning.
To be eligible for RBI Assistant 2018 Exam, a candidate is required to hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% and above from a recognized university. He/She must fall into the age limit as stated by RBI in its notification. A candidate must also have supreme knowledge of computers and must be well versed in the official language of the concerned state or Union Territory.

The Result will be declared in sequence of the exam been conducted, i.e. Result for RBI Assistant 2018 Prelims Exam will be declared first followed by result for RBI Assistant 2018 Mains Exam. The Admit card for RBI Assistant 2018 Preliminary Exam will be released first followed by Admit Card for Mains Exam for the candidates qualifying the Preliminary Phase of Examination.
