Total patient in Africa = 25% of 80 = 1/4 × 80 = 20 crore
Kidney patient in Asia and north America = (15 + 20)% of 30% of 80 crore
35/100 × 30/100 × 80,0000000 = 35 × 30 × 80000 = 1050 × 80000 = 84000000
