Formula Used:

Average speed = 2×x×yx+y \frac{2 \times x \times y}{x + y}​​

Solution: 

Average speed = 2×28×8428+84\frac{2 \times 28 \times 84}{28 + 84}​​

=2×28×84112= \frac{2 \times 28 \times 84}{112}​​

=4704112= \frac{4704}{112}​​

= 42 km/h
