D.

None of these

Correct option is A

The correct answer is (a) Harish Salve.
Harish Salve, a distinguished senior advocate and former Solicitor General of India, represented India at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. Jadhav, a retired Indian Navy officer, was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism in April 2017. India challenged this verdict at the ICJ, alleging violations of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations by Pakistan. Salve's effective advocacy led the ICJ to rule in July 2019 that Pakistan had breached its obligations under the Vienna Convention and directed Pakistan to provide consular access to Jadhav and ensure a review of his conviction and sentence.
