Formula Used: 

LCM = (a × b) / GCD(a, b)

Solution:

LCM of numbers in ratio form:

If numbers are 7k and 9k, then

HCF(7, 9) = 1

LCM = (7k × 9k)/1 = 63k

Given 63k = 315 => k = 5

Numbers = 7k = 35 and 9k = 45

Sum = 35 + 45 = 80
