Formulas Used:
Simple interest = (principle ×rate of interest × time)/100
one year compounded half yearly = rate of interest p.a./2
Equivalent compound interest for two year/tow half = (r+r+(r×r)/100)
Explanation:
Rate of interest for one half = 20/2 = 10%
Equivalent compound interest for two half = {10+10+(10×10)/100} = 21%
