Question : What was the share of the picnic cost to be borne by each student?
Statements :
(I) The total cost of the picnic was Rs.12,500, and the number of students who went for the picnic was 15.
(II) If 3 fewer students would have gone, then the cost of the picnic per student would have increased by Rs.120.

From statement (1)
Total cost of picnic = Rs12500
No. of students went for picnic = 15
∴ share of each student =12500/15=833.33
In 2nd statement- The share of student increased by Rs.120 when 3 students would have gone but it does not tell about each students shares.
