A.

383

B.

385

C.

384

D.

382

Correct option is C

Given:

Dimension of kitchen = 2.4 m ×\times 1.6 m

Dimension of square tile = 10 cm

Formula Used:

Area of rectangle = length ×\times breadth

Area of square = (side)2

Solution:

length of the side in meter = 110m\frac{1}{10}m

Number of tile = 2.4×1.6110×110\frac{2.4 \times 1.6}{\frac{1}{10} \times \frac{1}{10}}

2.4×1.6×10×102.4 \times 1.6 \times 10 \times 10

= 384
