Correct option is C

Given,

4/7 + (2y - x)/(2y + x)

= 4/7 + [(2 - (x/y)] / [2 + (x/y)]

= 4/7 + [2 - 4/5] / [2 + 4/5]

= 4/7 + ( 6/5 x 5/14 )

= 4/7 + 3/7 =1
