If the distance between A and B is 1409 Km. From A, Vishal goes to B with speed 71 km/h and return to A with the speed 39 km/h. Find the average speed of Vishal.(rounded off to two decimal place)

Given:

Distance between A and B = 1409 km

Speed from A to B = 71 km/h

Speed from B to A = 39 km/h

Formula Used::

Average speed = $$\frac{Total \ distance }{Total \ time}$$

Average Speed= $$\frac{{2 \times s_1 \times s_2 }}{{s_1 +s_2}}$$ 

Solution: 

Average Speed = $$\frac{ 2 \times 71 \times 39 }{71 +39}$$  = $$\frac{5538}{110} = 50.34$$5 km/h
