Correct option is A

Given: 

 a - 5 =  b,  

Solution:  

a - 5 =  b 

a - b = 5 

and 

a- 5 = b 

b -a = -5 

Then the value of    |a - b|+ |b–a|

=  |5 |+ |-5| 

                               = 5 + 5 

                               = 10
