    Given:

    25% of a number + 60 = the number

    Solution: 

    Let the number be x

    25% of x = 25100×x=x4\frac {25}{100} × x = \frac x4​​

    So, 

    ​x4+60=x\frac x4 + 60 = x​​

    ​60=x−x460 = x - \frac x4​​

    ​60=3x460 = \frac{3x}4​​

    x = 60×43=80\frac{ 60 × 4}3 = 80​​

    Now,
    80% of x = 80% of 80 = 80100×80\frac{80}{100} × 80​ = 64
