Price of first sugar = Rs. 3.80/kg

Quantity of second sugar = 60 kg

Price of second sugar = Rs. 4.60/kg

Selling price of mixture = Rs. 5/kg

Gain = 25%

Formula Used:

C.P. = S.P.1+Gain%100 \frac{\text{S.P.}}{1 + \frac{\text{Gain\%}}{100}}​​

Solution: 

Required CP = 51.25=4\frac{5}{1.25} = 4

Using allegation:

Ratio of price is in proportion with their weight.

31=X60  X=180 kg\frac{3}{1} = \frac{X}{60} \\ \ \\ \implies X = 180 \ kg​​
