Question

All 47 people are standing in a row facing north. Seema is 22nd from the right end while Bini is 31st from the left end. How many people are there between Seema and Bini?

A.

2

B.

3

C.

1

D.

4

Correct option is D

Total number of people = 47
Seema's position from the right = 22nd
Seema's position from the left=Total people−Position from the right+1
=47−22+1=26
Bini's position from the left = 31st
People between Seema and Bini = difference of Position of Seema and Bina from the left −1
=31-26−1=5−1=4
Thus, correct option is (d).
