C.

D.

Correct option is A

Given:
Purchase rate = ₹1200 per hundred pears
Total number of pears = 400
Profit = ₹1000
Formula Used:
Selling Price = Cost Price + Profit
Solution:
Cost price per hundred pears = ₹1200
Therefore, cost price for 400 pears = 1200×400100\frac{1200 × 400}{ 100} = ₹4800
Total Selling Price = Cost Price + Profit
Total Selling Price for 400 pears = ₹4800 + ₹1000 = ₹5800
Selling Price of 1 pear = 5800400=Rs.292\frac{5800}{400} = Rs. \frac{29}{2}
1 dozen = 12 Pears
Selling Price of 12 Pears = Rs.292×12=174Rs. \frac{29}{2} \times 12 = 174
The selling price per dozen pears is ₹174.
