आधिकारिक अधिसूचना में कुल 8,021 Vacancies घोषित की गई हैं, जिनमें से 6,810 पद MTS और 1,211 पद Havaldar के लिए हैं। आवेदन प्रक्रिया Online होगी। चयन प्रक्रिया में Computer-Based Exam (Paper 1) और Havaldar पदों के लिए Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) शामिल हैं।

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is conducting the Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Exam 2025-26 for recruitment to Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in various ministries, departments, and offices of the Government of India. This recruitment also includes Havaldar posts in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and the Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN).
The official notification has announced a total of 8,021 vacancies, of which 6,810 are for MTS and 1,211 are for Havaldar. The application process will be conducted online. The selection process includes a Computer-Based Exam (Paper 1) and, for Havaldar posts, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST).
Through the Final Revision Batch, students will receive special guidance, intensive revision sessions, and important exam tips to help them maximize their performance on the exam day.

Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two Sessions: Session-I and Session-II, on the same day and both the Sessions will be mandatory.
The candidates will get 45 minutes to complete Session-I. On completion of 45 minutes, Session-I will get automatically closed.
Immediately after completion of Session-I, Session-II will start. Session-II will also be for 45 minutes and immediately on completion of 45 minutes, Session-II and, hence, the Computer Based Examination will come to an end.
