Exam Pattern

You must pass a computer-based online exam to be selected for RPF Constable or SI. The following is the RPF Exam Pattern 2024 for Constable and SI posts.
There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.
The duration of the exam is 90 Minutes (1 Hour 30 Mins).
The Exam shall be computer-based and questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type.
The difficulty level of the questions for the Constable post will be as per class 10th (Matriculation).
The difficulty level of the questions for the SI post will be Graduation

ALP Exam Pattern

RRB's first stage for Assistant Loco Pilot posts of CBT and the second stage of CBT are online objective-type papers. The first stage of CBT consists of 4 sections that need to be completed in 60 minutes. The second stage of CBT is conducted in two parts. Part A will constitute 4 sections with 100 questions in total that need to be completed in 90 minutes. Part B will constitute 75 questions in relevant trade that need to be completed in 60 minutes.

The 1st stage CBT for Assistant Loco Pilot posts is common and consists of 75 questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Science, and General Awareness on Current Affair

RRB JE CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2024

The CBT 1 Exam will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying 1 mark.
The subjects covered in RRB JE CBT 1 include Mathematics, General Awareness & Reasoning, General
Awareness, and General Science.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40%
The duration of the exam is 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
There will be a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each incorrect answer.
