Exam Pattern

CGPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2024


As per the official notification for the CGPSC SSE exam in 2024, the CGPSC Prelims for that year are scheduled for February 11, 2024. Having a good grasp of the CGPSC Exam Pattern is crucial for successfully passing the CGPSC SSE exam. The CGPSC Prelims Examination will consist of the following papers:
 

 

The paper will be an objective type of paper
The mode of the paper will be offline
The total time allotted for each paper will be 2 hours
Each paper will be of 200 marks
There will be a total of 100 questions in each paper
There will be 2 marks for every right answer and 1/3 negative marks for every wrong answer.
23% is reserved for Handicapped Students
33% is for Unreserved Category.

 

CGPSC Mains Syllabus 2024


The CGPSC Mains Exam 2023-24, conducted by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, includes 7 papers.
