Eligibility

• Age – 21 to 30 years
• Education – 10 + 2 + 3 in regular mode; Graduation with minimum 50% score

• Month 1 to 4 – F2F - Campus based Learning – Build skills of Customer Engagement, Retail Banking Solutions, Mapping Products to customer needs, Certifications.
• Month 5 to 7 – Internship - Observe BRO’s, Handle Branch Operations, Field Visits, Actual Customer Interactions etc.
• Month 8 to 12 - On-the-Job Training – Engage with customers, build relationships and business with both existing and new customers to the bank.
• Earn Post Graduate Diploma from University.
