3. Month 5 & 6 – Internship – Observe experienced priority banking RMs, Field Visits, Actual Customer Interactions etc.,
4. Month 6 to 12 – On-the-Job Training – Engage with affluent customers, build relationships and business with both existing and new customers to the bank. 
5. Earn Post Graduate Diploma from University.
