SSC CGL 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

For specific posts:

JSO requires Statistics/60% in Maths at 12th level.
Statistical Investigator requires Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Data Science related degrees.

Age Limit

Different posts have different age criteria:

Group “C” Post - 18–27 years
Group “B” Post - 18–30 years
Junior Statistical Officer -18–32 years

Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM candidates as per government rules.
