Overview
There is good news for teaching aspirants waiting for government teacher jobs in Chandigarh. The Chandigarh Administration’s Department of Education has issued a public notice regarding the upcoming teacher recruitment process.
According to the notice released on 28 May 2026, the administration is finalizing the recruitment process and is expected to release the official notification by 31 July 2026. Around 582 teaching vacancies are likely to be filled through this recruitment drive. The recruitment will cover NTT, JBT, TGT, and PGT posts in government schools under the Chandigarh Education Department.
