1^st  Phase – GS Foundation Programme: March 2026 – Dec. 2026  – Core Subjects + Basics of Answer Writing

2^nd Phase – PRIME (Prelims Revision Integrated Module for Excellence): Jan. 2027 – March 2027 – Revision + Practice (Only Prelims Focus + CSAT)

3^rd Phase – Target – Q: Intensive MCQs revision and Prelims-oriented test series: April 2027 – May 2027

4^th Phase – MMP (Mains Mentorship Programme) (Focus on Mains Oriented Subjects + Answer Writing Practice): Post Prelims

5^th Phase – IGP (Interview Guidance Programme): Mock Interviews along with special personality grooming by serving and retired officer bureaucrats.
