Appointment & Contract (Short)

Type: Full-time contractual appointment.

Tenure: 3 years initially; extendable up to 2 more years based on performance and mutual agreement. Bank’s decision is final.

Notice Period: 1 month during the first year; 3 months after the first year (by either party).

Consolidated Pay:

Level 3 (Gr. C): ₹3.10 lakh/month

Level 4 (Gr. D): ₹4.30 lakh/month

Level 5 (Gr. E): ₹4.80 lakh/month

Housing allowance as applicable; TDS applies.

Initial Pay (Negotiable Range):

Level 3: ₹3.10–₹4.10 lakh

Level 4: ₹4.30–₹5.10 lakh

Level 5: ₹4.80–₹6.00 lakh

(Based on qualifications/experience; Selection Committee’s decision is final.)

Increment:

7% annual increase (excluding housing allowance) after every 12 months, as per Bank policy.
