AVP Wealth (RM)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory); PG in Finance/Marketing/Banking preferred; NISM / CFP / CFA certifications desirable.
Experience: 3+ years in sales & marketing with Banks/Wealth Firms/AMCs; preference to candidates with RM/Wealth roles.

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Experience: Preferred experience in financial product documentation & strong communication skills.

Selection Process -

Shortlisting:
Bank will shortlist candidates based on its own criteria. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
Interview:
Interview carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks decided by the bank.
CTC Negotiation:
CTC discussion will be held individually during or after the interview.
Final Merit List:
Prepared based on interview marks only. If scores tie, older candidates are ranked higher.
