The Documents to be submitted on Document Verification dates after the Examination process is as follows. They are to be submitted in original along with self-attested copies of the same, duly ink signed copy of application form:
- Copy of Online Application form
- HSC or equivalent pass certificate & mark sheet
- +2 examination or equivalent pass certificate & mark sheet
- Degree/Graduation certificate mark sheet or equivalent pass certificate & mark sheet from any recognized university
- Recent Valid Caste Certificate ( in case of SC/ST/SEBC for age and other relaxation)
- Certificate relating to the passing of HSC with Odia as a compulsory subject
- Certificate of Disability issued by UDID (for PwD candidates with 40% disability or more)
