The Indian Air Force has released the application form for AFCAT 2 2024. Graduates aspiring to join the Air Force can apply before the last date of the application of 28th June 2024. Aspirants can choose the branch as per their interest and educational qualification. What is AFCAT?
AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test that is a National Level Exam conducted by Indian Air Force for the recruitment of Officer in the three Branches of Indian Air Force. Aspirants who wish to soar the skies, want to feel the pride of uniform that can only be earned, and wish to serve the motherland should apply for AFCAT exam. Both Men and Women aged between 20 to 26 years are eligible to apply for AFCAT.

What is the Exam Pattern of AFCAT Exam?
AFCAT Exam comprises of three stages. The first stage is Written Exam which is a Online CBT mode examination. The Second Stage is the AFSB Interview in which only those who clear the first stage are eligible. The last stage is Medical Examination, the candidates who gets recommend from the board of conference in AFSB Interview are liable to this.

AFCAT 2 2024 Syllabus and Exam Pattern
In the written Examination, There are 100 questions from four sections of English, General Knowledge, Reasoning and Military Aptitude and Mathematics. Here are the number of questions asked from these.

Age Limit Criteria For Ground Duty Branches.
Unlike the Flying Branch where the age limit is 20 to 24 years old. The Ground Duty Branches both Technical and Non- Technical allows candidates aged between 20 to 26 years to apply for AFCAT.
Age limit For Ground Duty Technical Entry
Candidates aged between 20 to 26 years old can apply for Ground duty Technical Branch through AFCAT. For Technical branch, candidates must hold a degree in engineering with minimum of 60%
Age limit For Ground Duty Non -technical Branch
Candidates aged between 20 to 26 years old are eligible to apply for Ground Duty Non- Technical Branch. There are many sub branches of Non technical Branch.
