Checklist before filling out the NEET Application Form 2021:
- Candidates can apply through online mode only.
- Submission of Online application form is to be done using the official website of NTA. Submission in any other form will not be accepted.
- Only one application must be submitted by each candidate.
- Candidates must ensure that the mobile number and the email address provided in the application form must either be their own or the parents. Any official communication from NTA will be done using the registered mobile no and the email id.
- Download Information Bulletin and replica of Application form. Carefully check through your eligibility.
- Any student found to have filled out two forms will be forfeited from further examinations.

Instructions for Filling Application Form of NEET 2021 before Registration Closed due to Last Date
- Visit the official website where you need to fill out the NEET application from for 2021
- Apply for online registration using valid email address and mobile number.
- Fill out the application form and note down the system generated application number.
- Upload scanned images of candidates latest passport size photographs of size 10kb to 200 kb, post card size photograph of size 4”*6”, 50 kb to 300 kb. And candidates signature of size 4 kb to 30 kb.
- Left hand thumb impression of file size 10 kb to 50 kb in JPG or JPEG format. Right thumb may be used in case left thumb impression is not available.
- Class X passing certificate of size 100 kb to 400 kb in JPG format.
- For photographs, face must be clearly visible with 80% occupation; ears should be visible, with white background.
- Pay Fee using SBI/Syndicate/HDFC, ICICI, Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit, Credit, Net-Banking and UPI. Keep a proffer of the payment receipt generated.
- In case a payment receipt is not generated students need to pay the fees again and keep a record of the same for future reference.
- All the steps can either be completed at once or can be done in parts.







Things to carry for your NEET Exam 2021
NTA has provided strict guidelines on things to carry for your exam to the centre. Below is the entire list of things.
- Candidates are advised NOT to carry any instruments, Geometry or pencil box, handbag, purse, any kind of paper, stationery, textual material, eatables and water, mobile phones, , earphone, microphone, pager, calculator, docupen, slide rules, log table, camera, tape recorder, watch, metallic items, or electronic gadgets inside the examination hall.
- Diabetic students are allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets, fruits like apple, banana, orange and transparent water bottle. However they will not be allowed to carry chocolate, candy, sandwich etc.
- Carry your NEET 2021 Admit Card, ID Proof, Passport size picture and proforma.

- Candidates must wear mask and gloves.
- Must wear half sleeve shirts /T shirts as full sleeves are not allowed.
- Clothes worn should be light that is clothes should not be embroidered.
- Trousers and simple pants are allowed. Kurta pyjama is not allowed.
- Shoes are prohibited. Wear sandals or chappals with a light sole.
NEET Dress Code for Female Candidates
- Candidates must wear mask and gloves.

- No full sleeves are allowed.
- Avoid wearing baggy jeans and fashionable pants.
- Avoid heels and fashionable shoes. Wear simple chappals and sandals.

Is wrist watch allowed in NEET?
Digital wrist watch is not allowed in NEET 2021.
Is jeans allowed in NEET 2021 for females?
No, jeans will not be allowed in NEET 2021. Try to avoid them and wear simple trousers.
What is the passing mark in NEET?
For general 50 % out of the total marks, for pwd general students the pass percentage is 45% and 40% for OBC/ SC/ ST.. The mentioned statistics are according to the year 2020.
Can I carry my water bottle to the centre?
No water bottles inside the centre is prohibited.
