How to download the RBI Officer Admit Card 2025 for Mains?

​Follow the steps below to download your RBI Grade B Admit Card for the Mains exam:

1. Visit the official website at www.rbi.org.in.
   
2. Scroll down and click on “Opportunities@RBI”.
   
3. Under the Current Vacancies section, select “Call Letters”.
   
4. Click on “Admission Letters for RBI Grade B (General/DEPR/DSIM) 2025 – Phase 2.”
   
5. Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
   
6. Enter the captcha code and click Submit.
   
7. Your admit card will appear on the screen, download and print it for future use.

RBI Grade B Exam Date and Shift Timings 2025

The RBI Grade B 2025 Exam is scheduled in two phases. Phase 1 is now over, and phase 2 schedule is as follows:

Mains Exam Dates:

• General Stream: December 6, 2025

• DEPR & DSIM Streams: December 7, 2025

Note: The RBI Grade B Mains Exam will be held in 2 shifts.

Candidates are strongly advised to arrive at the examination centre well in advance of the reporting time to complete all necessary verification procedures smoothly.

RBI Grade B Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must be aware of some of the RBI Grade B Exam Day Guidelines that will help in smooth functioning and completion of Phase 2: 

• The photo and signature on the admit card must match those uploaded in the application. Any mismatch will lead to disqualification.
  
• Registration at the exam venue will be done via live photo capture; appearance must match the uploaded photo.
  
• Carry a valid original photo ID (same name as admit card) and a photocopy stapled with it; both are mandatory.
  
• The exam will be conducted online; log in using your User ID and Password and verify details on the screen.
  
• Reach the venue before the gate closing time; latecomers will not be allowed.
  
• Sign and give your left thumb impression on the admit card in the presence of the venue in-charge.
  
• Bring a blue or black ballpoint pen only.
  
• No change in exam date, shift, or centre will be permitted.
  
• Do not leave the exam hall without the venue officer’s permission.
  
• PwBD candidates should contact the exam centre administrator 30 minutes before reporting time for assistance.
  
• Use only the rough sheets provided and submit them with the admit card and ID copy before leaving.
  
• Candidates using a scribe must submit the scribe form or undertaking along with the admit card and ID copy.
  
• Any candidate found leaking, storing, or sharing exam content will face strict legal action.
  
• Only exam documents (Admit Card and ID copies) are allowed; no books, notes, watches, calculators, or electronic gadgets are permitted.
  
• RBI will not send admit cards, scorecards, or handouts by post; download them from the official website only.
