Social Studies Notes PDF For All Teaching Exams

Social Studies is an important section for various teaching competitive exams such as CTET, MPTET, State TET, and others. Candidates who are preparing for these eligibility tests and recruitment exams must study Social Studies with special attention as it holds a major chunk of marks in all these major exams. Thus, candidates who wish to appear for the teaching exams must ensure they have all their facts and concepts clear about the Social Studies part.

Candidates will not be able to crack exams like CTET and other State TETs if they ignore the Social Studies part as it holds 60 marks in Paper-II, out of which 40 marks are pure content based questions. In recruitment exams such DSSSB, 100 marks are allotted to the Social Studies part.

The Syllabus for Social Studies includes the study of subjects like History, Civics, Geography and Political Science. Candidates should focus on the Pedagogy section of Social Studies as well because it hold almost 20 marks CTET and other State TETs.
